The tasks include preparing preliminary documentation to evaluate aspects such as water supply and wastewater treatment, adjustments to the master plan based on topographic and bathymetric data, a study of water sources and sustainable energy alternatives, and a proposal for basic infrastructure—including buildings, roads, tourist facilities, and stormwater management— as well as the evaluation of dock options and the acquisition of permits in accordance with local regulations.
